Below is a list of questions which must be asked by the interviewer to the applicant once an interview for the moderation role is appointed. First the applicant has to be successful in their written application thread.

Are you confident speaking to anybody, regardless of the situation, via a microphone?
Do you consider yourself to have issues with people who fit the following difference; race, gender, religion, sexuality, age, disability?
Do you accept that the role requires exceptional punctuality and professionalism as you are representing the server?
Do you accept that you must remain loyal to the server whilst under a staff role and therefore cannot become staff on another server during the same time?
Do you have any speaking issues we must know about? Dyslexia, Stutter, Anxiety, Lisp etc.
Do you have any upcoming arrangements in which you will be unable to be available?
Do you accept that everyone must be treated fairly, regardless of background, regardless of the incident and regardless if they're your friend or not?
Do you accept we have the right to release you from your status of moderator or any staff role at any time without warning or reason and that you may not retaliate in an informal manner?
Do you accept that you must listen to those who are higher up in the staff hierarchy?
Do you understand that the role is required to be fulfilled across not only the server, but Discord and the Forums too?
